When you book a call we collect the details you enter in the booking form: your name, email address, company, job title, any comments you add, and the meeting time you select. We do not ask for payment details or any special category data.
How we use it
We use these details to schedule the call, send you a calendar invite and video link, respond to your enquiry, and discuss whether our services fit your needs. We do not use them for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the booking and communication workflow:
- Google (Google Calendar and Google Meet), to create the meeting and send the invite.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records only as long as needed for the business relationship and any legal or accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To make a request, email daryon@birdsaiperspective.com.
